About this Substack

Archer at age 2 and Olive at about 4 months

Welcome! I’m Bethany, an organizational leadership professor, consultant, and researcher living in Atlanta, GA. My research focuses on faith integration in faith-based workplaces. I think all work is best done with a dog or two nearby (see current two best every dogs above). In my spare time I embroider, sew, read, and go camping with my husband our dogs. You can learn more about me and my work here.

Disclaimers & Commenting While I write about my work experience and research on this blog, here’s the standard disclaimer that it’s my work/thoughts/opinions and not affiliated with my university or other professional organizations. I am not giving you official workplace advice by you reading my thoughts. If you want to pay me for actual advice, you can learn about that here.

This is my little space on the internet and I don’t abide mean comments or blatant misinformation. My site so my definitions of mean and blatant. The internet has enough space for trolls, bullies, and lying. Doing that here gets you deleted and/or blocked. Try kindness – it’s easier!
